is Party Reptile,
LLC?
Party Reptile, LLC is a newspaper-type publication designed to inform the general public (the public that is over 21 years of age) of events that occur throughout the world.
What are the criteria for events to be on the PartyReptile.com web site?
#1 - Annual Event
#2 - Open To The General Public
#3 - Festive Beverages Available
#4 - Have "Up-To-Date" Web Site in English Language
and most importantly
#5 - Party Reptile Has To Know About It (duh!)
How long has Party Reptile been around?
The concept and plan has been in the works since 1993. The web site came on line March, 2004. Expect lots of construction changes over the next several months (make that years).
How does Party Reptile, LLC make money?
PartyReptile.com does not earn money at this time. Plans to generate revenue will be formulated once the PartyReptile.com is completed.
Where can I find pictures from events on the web site?
Most pictures are placed in the "Picture This!" section and some pictures may appear more than once. Other pictures are found in the "Run-A-Way Bill Travel Journal" along with comments and facts about the event. (The Travel Journal has been suspended due to lack of manhours ... too much Party Reptile in me!)
When will the "Calendar of Events" in "Let's pARTy!" be active?
The database of "Let's pARTy!" is active NOW! The database is the heart of PartyReptile.com and is continually being updated. The ultimate (current) goal is to provide 1001 events that fit the PartyReptile.com authorized event criteria. Party Reptile does the research and you do the pARTying.
Why don't I have any pictures on my computer screen?
Because of the quantity of pictures on the web site, it takes a long time for them to load up on your computer. A broadband connection is suggested (if not required) to allow a reasonable time to download the large quantity of pictures on this site.
I
know you took my
picture at the last
event, but I cannot
find it?
PartyReptile.com does not contain all the pictures taken at the events covered by "Run-A-Way Bill" or others. If your picture was taken and you wish to have a copy of that picture or any picture that you have seen on this site, please contact RunAwayBill@PartyReptile.com
with a request.

Why
does it take so long
to get the pictures
on the web site
after the event is
over?
The reason for the 2 week (or longer) period between the last day of the event and getting the pictures on the web is simple ... this is a one man operation! I do as much as I can, and as fast as I can. Events like Mardi Gras, Fantasy Fest, and other multi-day events take me 3 days to recover just from the event (after I get home to Virginia Beach), then I get to work. Most uploads occur on Tuesdays, but if I can do it sooner, sooner it will be.
Can
I get pictures of
the event or myself
at the event from
you?
The answer is yes. The cost of it may be nothing or it maybe a little more than nothing. If "it costs me, it costs you" is the basic principle of economics.
You have my picture on the web and I don't want it there, will you remove it?
If you feel a picture of yourself should not be on this site, then please contact RunAwayBill@PartyReptile.com. You must provide proof it is a picture of you.

Why don't you have pictures of the event itself on the web?
The goal is to capture the spirit of the event through the people, not necessarily through the event itself. This means, Party Reptile believes the people make the event, not the music, or the horserace, or the holiday itself. Official and unofficial web links are provided for more detailed information about events.
